I am a faculty member at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College in the Department of Health and Kinesiology. I attained my master's degree in Exercise Physiology from Auburn University and my Ph.D. In IDD is from the University of South Alabama. I love to teach and to help people become more healthy so that they can live a fuller life.

Exercise Physiologist / Fitness Coordinator in the Department of Campus Recreation
University of South Alabama, Mobile, Alabama. April 1997 – March 2007.
Responsibilities included:
• Developed and implemented all of the health and fitness programs for the faculty, staff and students of the campus community
• Administrative duties, included, hiring, training and supervision of the University of South Alabama Campus Recreation Center staff
• Assisted in Campus Recreation facility management
• Developed all risk management and safety procedures
• Trained all Campus. Recreation fitness instructors and personal trainers
